year with the User/Investor getting to pick the times of use? There
will not be any other User/Investors.

Want to get all the investment money returned with 15% per annum
interest?
Here's how this profitable SMR opportunity works:
User/Investor makes an affordable and refundable Capital Investment
in SMR of $ 50,000 - 100,000 per year and retains an option to renew on the
same terms for successive years. Upon successful Closing of the sale
of the of SMR, User/Investor will be repaid Capital Investment plus
15 % per year accrued interest.
In addition, User/Investor can make Capital Improvements in SMR
with written approval of current Owner. Repayment of all Capital
Improvement funds will also be made with 15% per year accrued
interest and will also be paid upon successful Closing of the sale of
SMR.
For security, User/Investor will receive a 3 percent deeded interest
in SMR per hundred thousand dollar Investment plus a note and deed of trust for any
Capital Improvements above that.
Furthermore,
SMR will be listed for sale with a licensed Telluride broker.
Listing Price will not exceed 10 % above the appraised value.
Appraisal will be performed by an M.A.I. Certified Appraiser.
User/investor may order a new appraisal every year to establish
proper listing price. Cost of appraisal will be paid by Owner.
